Raleigh is my home.
Having lived here all of my life (except for two short stints abroad), I know the areas inside and outside of the beltline from a resident’s perspective as well as from a real estate perspective. I now own my own home just outside of Historic Oakwood in Downtown Raleigh.

Engineering is my background.
My civil engineering studies at NCSU, coupled with my work experience in the engineering consulting world, have prepared me to understand homes from a technical perspective. My background spans soils, water systems, structural components, and even urban planning.

Design is my heartbeat.
I channel my visual and spatial sense to the real estate process as a creative advocate for my clients. I work collaboratively with them using professional level photography, web design, home staging, interior design, graphic design, architectural design, and creative marketing to generate successful results.
